Get quick answers to some of the most common questions about managing tasks in Nirvana.

🙋 Q1. Can I assign a task to more than one employee?

Nope — each task can be assigned to just one employee.
If you need multiple people on it, you can either:
  • Create duplicate tasks for each person
  • Mention collaborators in the task description

✅ Q2. What happens when I click “Mark as Done”?

The task moves to the Completed list automatically.
Changed your mind? No worries — just click “Reopen Task” to move it back.

✏️ Q3. Can I edit a task after it’s created?

Yes! Simply click on the task in Board View or Calendar View, and you’ll be able to make changes.

🔄 Q4. I accidentally marked a task as done. Can I undo it?

Definitely.
Go to your Completed list, find the task, and click “Reopen Task”.

📍 Q5. Can I filter tasks by location?

Yes — you can filter by Building, Floor, or Room using the filter dropdown.

🎨 Q6. What do the different task colors mean?

Colors show the task’s priority or type (like maintenance, booking, etc.).
There’s a color legend at the bottom-right of most pages to guide you.

🔁 Q7. Can I create recurring tasks?

Yup! When adding a new task, just set the Schedule to Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
It’ll automatically repeat based on your selection.

🖱️ Q8. Can I drag tasks between different statuses?

Yes, in the Board View you can drag tasks between Pending, In Progress, and Completed buckets.

📤 Q9. Can I export my tasks?

Absolutely.
Head to the Board View and click the Export button. You can download tasks as a CSV or PDF file.

👀 Q10. I can’t see some tasks in the Calendar View. What should I do?

Double-check your filters and make sure you’re viewing the correct date range (Day, Week, or Month).
Also, confirm the task is assigned to you or falls within the selected timeframe.

🕐 Q11. Can I see task history or when a task was last updated?

Currently, the task tile shows the due date, but full history tracking isn’t available yet.
(Pro tip: Use the description field to log any key updates or notes!)

📲 Q12. Is there a mobile app for Nirvana?

The web version is fully responsive and works great on mobile!
Stay tuned — a dedicated mobile app is in the works.

🧼 Q13. Can I bulk delete or archive tasks?

At the moment, tasks need to be managed one by one.
Bulk actions are on our roadmap for future releases.
