Q1. Why can’t my staff member log in?

Check if the email is verified and credentials are correct. Try resending the invite or resetting the password.

Q2. I invited a staff member but they don’t show up in the list.

Make sure their invite has been accepted. Pending invites won’t reflect as active users until accepted.

Q3. How can I prevent tasks from being assigned to someone on leave?

Use Vacation Mode in the staff profile to set dates. Tasks will auto-assign to others during that time.

Q4. A staff member can’t access certain features. Why?

Check their Permissions Panel in their profile or the Permission Group assigned to their department.

Q5. Can I assign multiple shifts in one day?

Yes! In the Working Hours section, you can create multiple time blocks (e.g., 9am–12pm & 4pm–7pm).

Q6. Why is a staff member’s calendar empty?

They might not be linked to a department or haven’t been assigned any tasks/events yet. Check their profile.

Q7. Can I manually update someone’s availability?

Yes, you can edit working days/hours directly in their profile under Working Hours.

Q8. Can one staff member be part of multiple departments?

Certainly, a staff member can be part of multiple department, alongside departments having their permission group cover multiple permission scopes.

Q9. How do I edit an existing department?

Go to the Departments section, search for the department, and click Edit to update details.

Q10. Can I duplicate a permission group?

There’s no direct “duplicate” button, but you can create a new group with similar permissions manually.
