Q1. How do I make an event visible to residents?

Toggle the event to Active in the Overview tab.

Q2. How do I book a slot for a resident?

Use Book a Slot in the Bookings tab or Global Bookings Page.

Q3. Can I update event details later?

Yes. Just edit and save changes in the Overview, Configuration, or Reminders tab.

Q4. What is a notice period?

Restricts last-minute bookings to allow prep time for staff.

Q5. How do I see which staff is most active?

Staff Leaderboard in the Global Bookings Page or Event’s Bookings tab.

Q6. Can I delete events with bookings?

Yes, but better to deactivate them to retain history.

Q7. How do I preview the event?

Use the Booking Preview in the Overview tab.

Q8. Can I send more than one reminder?

Currently, only one reminder per event can be configured.

Q9. Can I export bookings?

Yes — CSV or PDF export is available in both event and global views.

Q10. What’s the difference between active and inactive events?

Active = visible to residents. Inactive = hidden but data preserved.
