# 📋 Resident: Overview

## Residents Directory

See all residents across your facilities in one place.

### 🔍 Filters & Search

* Filter by: Facility, Resident Type (Owner/Tenant), Gender, Age Range
* Search by: Name or Phone

### ➕ Add Resident

#### Add Individually:

* Required: Name, Phone, Email
* Optional: DOB, Gender, Resident Type, Address
* Additional Sections:
  * Contact Info (Emergency Contacts)
  * Allotment (Facility, Join Date, Unit, Rent, Agreement, Deposit)
  * Medical Info (Blood Type, Special Needs, Caretaker)

#### Bulk Upload via CSV:

* Upload CSV for multiple residents
* Minimum required: Name, Phone, Email
* Upload guide available with format and supported fields

### 👤 Resident Tiles

Each tile shows:

* Initials/Profile Picture
* Full Name
* Phone, Gender & Age
* Menu: View / Delete Profile
